Ascend Supplements™ Returns and Refund Policy

At Ascend Supplements™, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy below.
1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Period: You have 365 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 365 days days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Products marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Contact us to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check Your Bank Account: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Contact Your Bank: Processing times can vary between banks.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and send your item to the return address provided above.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
